Help needed

Hey guys I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to post new threads/post comments in certain sections in this new nam3forum.
I can clearly see the "+new topic" link in this area under the e46 m3 section... But I cant find/do not see a way to post new threads in the "for sale" section under the e46 m3.
Nor can I find a way to post comments in the for sale threads in the e46 m3.
Is there a new way to do this? Or am I losing my mind.. Please help

I THINK you need a post count of 10+ to post there.

Ahhh I see I was suspecting it had something to do with account longevity. Is that really the reason???
