You should go back and check all the shims. Especially the ones you didn’t touch. Doesn’t sound to bad but I have also heard it better

The vanos was refreshed last year, a few months before that video was taken, and i haven't noticed any issues. Ill check out the pulleys, would really like to hear another S54 in person, to see if there is a difference.
