    You will be surprised it's the pitted relay contacts. How do you know it's the actuator and not the relay?

      Well, the console lock/unlock is not a variable here as it's already not working. The title implies the console switch can lock the door (as the fob lock button).

        Good point, I hadn't considered that but it could certainly be causing the actuator not to receive full voltage. It's sure a hell of a lot easier swapping a relay than an actuator, I'll test it out.

        EDIT: dammit, the relays are in the GM5 module...

          If you have a power supply then connect 15v to the front jumper posts engine off (one volt higher than 14v with engine running) and see if the pitted contacts can kick the actuator to work.
