USDM M3 to EU M3 Bumper

I am wanting to replace my USDM front bumper with a EU front bumper on my 2005 M3.

Does anyone know if this is a 1:1 swap, or do I need any other misc parts to make it all fit together?

I've seen a few threads about tabs that get in the way, and some people mention needing a different bumper carrier support for it to work, but I haven't seen anything conclusive.

Any help would be appreciated before I drop $800 on a carrier support that I don't need.

I would like to put it all together w/o cutting or shaving anything.
