Rough running after cold start - SAP delete

Deleted my SAP when recently installing Euro headers, had Hassan code the SAP out. Bought the block of cover with gasket and installed. No CEL but car runs rough after cold start, not terrible but noticeable. Did I miss something, or do others have this?

it took a a few days to adapt new fuel trims for me. then it idles fine. i used mss5x mod tool to delete and code out the dtcs

Yeah not that savvy … that’s why I paid Hassan to code. Was wondering if there was a mechanical issue.

I had rough idle issues before identifyinf the SAP was the cause. During the troubleshoot, I also cleaned ICV (but not the cause in my case).
What was your idle behaviors before the header install?

No the idle was fine before the header install. And only lasts about 30 seconds, and then the car is fine.
