IAT Relocation Kit - Won't ship to CA anymore?

Is there anywhere else that can ship to CA? I forgot to fasten down my snorkel and its seems the air pushed it into the belt (car is fine), but need a new IAT, seems like the only viable option won't ship to CA?

Any help is appreciated!

Have it sent to an out-of-state relative. For state-restriced items - they may decline to ship to a second state whose zip doesn't match that of the CC.
