What's with the hate on Nappa Grey?

Seriously, why is there so much hate? I personally love my spec and think it's a very nice contrast with the Mysticblau Metallic. Nobody who's seen the car in real life hates it either... hate seemingly just appears online.

    Happy Holidays!

Honestly I love the grey as well, looks fantastic when clean. I just mostly dislike the carpet.

If I see it in person, I'll make sure to hate on it.

      LOL

If it's in good condition it's not really much of a talking point more of a good for you/good job.

If it's in bad condition then it's a you should budget a swap lol.

SMG Verts are way worse so you have that going for you.

Opinion: It just sits there. Uninteresting. Flat. For me - its just boring.

If you own it, it only matters that you like it. Not everyone likes the same things.

It isn’t bad per se but I feel you need a contrasting exterior color for it to work. My TiAg has the grey interior and it’s just not doing it for me despite the good condition it’s in, which is why I’m swapping it out for black M-texture.

It’s because it looks like a 3D model that hasn’t been rendered and colorized yet but you actually have to sit in it IRL

Interesting you say this but people go crazy for LSB on LSB or Imola Red on Imola Red lol. I honestly like the interior to be lower profile/blander(?) anyways, if I was to ever swap it would be to Cinnamon probably.

It's just too much grey, there's not enough contrast. I could be bias though and lived through the Dove Grey years in my E36 M3, I couldn't stand it so I did the swap earlier this year.

                  No ragets.

I wanted a gray interior. Totally agree with WestBankM4 it is just too much gray so I am swapping out the door cards/lateral panels to black with gray inserts. Carpet and console already switched to black.

IMO the black carpet makes the biggest difference.

Looks like 80s American car interior to me.

If I had Imola, LSB, or even black I’d be fine with a grey interior, however I can’t say the same with TiAg over grey, which I find “jarring” every time I get in.

It is a sea of gray. The E9X M3 did a much better job on less gray everywhere.

Need to get to 50 posts so I can post in the For Sale thread to find some CF trim. I think the aluminum trim is just a bit much.
