I have a carbon airbox with an Epic alpha N dyno tune and I have been happy with it. Smooth, no low-rpm hesitation, made good power. Can't complain.

Full Supersprint exhaust on mine, but perhaps your butt dyno is more perfectly calibrated than mine.

When I reached out to Bry5on about the tune his expectation was that the driveability would be indistinguishable from stock, and he definitely delivered. The car idles perfectly regardless of temperature, pulls smoothly from down low, and runs hard to 8k. I have driven it in traffic, on the highway, in the mountains, and at the track. It has run beautifully in every situation. Two thumbs up for sure.

Is mullet tune available for tuned cars? With porting, cams, etc?

Thanks all for providing your feedback. I'm just seeking end user experience and want us to stay on topic. There are other threads that dive much deeper into this subject. This isn't that thread.

I get it, but unless you're copy/pasting the actual tables I wouldn't think it violates anything. It's more like discussing the different features and performance specs of laptops instead of just saying "this one is better, trust me."

I'm looking for a new tune, but as soon as I think I've settled on one the community has moved onto the next thing.
I would, but it's also a bit of a thing with intellectual property and their respective owners.
I could post a diff of what tables are exactly touched by which tuner, and we could discuss this, but it will surely cause drama.

Surprised to hear that. Bryson's wagon has always felt slightly quicker than my car to me because of the non-M tire sizes (shorter effective gear ratio).

You running the same engine mods as him? Stock diff ratio?

    this one here? https://nam3forum.com/forums/forum/s...or-drivability

This is not Bryson's tune. This is a process for people to follow to optimise their VE / AlphaN tables.

Been using HTE for years and been great. I would not say NO to trying the Mullet tune one day.......but then again i'd rather spend the money on other items our cars need especially when the HTE tune is perfectly fine.
