Fastener Part Number Help

I’m looking for the part number of the wheel well liner 8mm bolt/washer and the plastic expanding clip the sits under the bumper. Can anyone help me out? I wasn’t having much luck on RealOEM.

I think 07119916949 is the screw, but I’m not sure.

I think it is number 19 and 20 from this diagram

My 02 was like that. My 06 only has the screw in the second diagram with no tabs connected to the belly pan.
