Power fold mirrors getting stuck

Today I noticed my left mirror does not fold fully and gets stuck. Is this a common issue and any fixes about or do I need a new mirror housing?

When mine started doing that, I took it apart and the motor had stripped gears internally and I had to replace the whole housing. Only the right side, the left side is still going strong 5 years later.

I’ve tried a few aftermarket rebuild kits and none seem to work. What do you use for rebuild ?
