Brey Krause Side Mounts for Sliders Question

    Hello all,

Setting my car up for track season and now I am on to seats and safety equipment. Trying to have my car be more drivable for multiple people so sliders are a requirement. Pricing everything out it seems that the Brey Krause kits are actually pretty cheap compared to BW floor adapters + OMP sliders + OMP side mounts. My question is how low can you go with them? I am tall and fat (6'2, 265 with a long torso), and unfortunately the car has a sunroof (for now...) and I need to get another inch or two lower for helmet clearance. I have driven my G82 plenty with my head off to the right to get my helmet into the sunroof area, but I am trying to be a bit more comfortable in this one.

    Thanks

I'm 6'3 and can fit a fist over my head. Zero issue with a helmet, which was never remotely true with the stock seats (had to recline to fit with helmet).

    Varies by seat, though, too.

Looking at OMP WRC XL's. Should be okay.

in my experience your 2 options seat u at a similar lower height with race buckets.

BK is cheaper up front but don't forget to factor in the logistics/cost of sourcing oe sliders
