Help me pick what carrier bushing I should use... Turner Poly vs OEM

I have both an OEM Shift arm carrier bushing and the upgraded Turner poly shift arm bushing.
Anyone have experience with the turner bushing? Should I go OEM or Turner? Click image for larger version

LOL. I was wondering what was in my old one and for what reason.

The Turner one may introduce additional NVH but it is more secure then OEM.

This part does nothing. Just locates the end of the carrier. Don't bother. Upgrade the front (nose) carrier bushing to delrin/nylon and get a new selector joint/foam.

I should clarify that the nose carrier is delrin and I am running a UUC Evo 3 with DSSR I replaced the shifter rod joint a few years ago aswell.
This was the only part that wasnt replaced previously so I figured while I am replacing my driveshaft and installing headers its the perfect time to replace.

Run the turner one. There wasn’t enough NVH for me to notice. I consider myself pretty anal about increases unwanted noises.

i installed the Turner with my AS autox, the limited amount of use it has seen, so far I notice no negatives, it's crisp

I ended up installing the OEM one. Lame I know.

Poly is basically never the right choice.
