Hell yeah. Thompson is helping me with a set of RT88s for the X3M... BBS Japan is going to make me a one-off custom set in my specs.

He's the man when it comes to BBS.

That being said, I got my E88s from Paul Erlich if you've heard of him... these were on his personal E46 M3.

I had Paul spray them gloss white and rebarrel them to the specs I wanted. I'm actually going to get my tires mounted today

Small world, I saw that white set on my FYP about a week ago. The 19's look crazy on the E46. Congrats on the pickup!

Ha! For sure not me. The goal with my car was always 80%+ CSL. Which after some reflection, I think, is basically what a factory CS would have been new + more CSL mods. The engine will remain stock, but we’ll see how it goes long term.

For wildest I don’t feel like a standard e46 m3 color can win. Especially white. Yeah I said it

The original 3.5 stroker was done on an M3Forum member's car way back in the day.

His username was Beavis and I actually got to see it in person about 6 years ago in New Jersey. This was on an 06 Estoril ZCP 6MT as well. So actual Individual.

As far as builds are concerned, the craziest one I ever saw was Rob's Tiag, Rosso Corsa and his newest BRG.

Altran has a sick build too.

Ian and Ejaz have sick builds too.

Everyone else just does the normal IG influencer type stuff AKA E88's, AMX for seats, CF everywhere, etc.

You being one of the key people ! No where in my wildest imagination did I think id bump into you and buy your comp e46 M3 as a donor just to chop off the OEM csl roof that was installed 15 years ago and possibly crack it during the process to install on my car to adding piece to the csl puzzle.

I still don’t think I could have found a better person/shop for the job. I remember calling 4-5 different shops who I felt could handle the task which all of them but 1 agreed to doing it,

his name is Kevin and he owns ABS.

He started off by saying he heard about my build and that I’m crazy, so I told him I just bought a Interlagos Comp car to chop its OEM csl roof off. We laughed and then he invited me over to his body shop to check out the operation.

After seeing him I knew right away he was the guy for the job.

he had it off before his guys went out to lunch. Super stud

Id probabaly say the most tense moment on the build was the week of transit for my CSL lightweight rear glass to arrive.
