Noise from under car

Hi everyone this morning I’m experiencing slight tick from underneath the car previously I did replace my exhaust manifold gasket due to being old. The noise did quiet down, but I still hear a slight tick From underneath the vehicle, I don’t know if it’s acceptable noise or something is wrong. I cannot pinpoint exactly what could be causing it. I have done multiple of our adjustments. I even took it to a garage to double check and they said the adjustment values are correct? Do you think I may have an exhaust leak from the mid pipe?

are all bolts on the aluminum re-enforcement plate tightened and in place? maybe heat shield is touching something? is the high-pressure power steering hose touching the oil pan by chance?

I do have one bolt missing on the actual metal plate, but the sound through A screwdriver sounds like it’s coming from mid pipe where meets the cat

It does not matter if the engine is cold or warm it increases by slight amount when I give throttle It does not increase a lot

1. I would replace the missing bolt, I had a rattle with it missing
2. check if your bolts connecting the mid-pipe to the headers are tight, you know where the two header outputs sit together near the aluminum plate. One of the bolts there is usually difficult to tighten and if not torqued it works itself loose.

I put the screwdriver on the bottom of the head where the lifter is and I hear clicking! not pronounced but I hear it!
