Thanks. Looks a little different from the one I removed from the last 325 I worked on and have in my hands, maybe there are two.
I installed this one when I did my starter a year ago

He overnight UPS shipped the salmon colored connector which was too short in the kit, his customer service has always been spot on for me. As for the pdf, I was the first kit that used it after he updated it, as I remember I had to slightly delay my swap due to him writing the instructions, so you can also let me know if you have any questions!
Makes sense. I've had to ask him a few things already and don't want to wear out my "welcome" lol, eps since he gave me a small discount on the order. But good to keep in mind.

I'm sure I'll have a couple of questions I can shoot your way.

Thanks for the feedback on the shifter, I imagined it would be the right choice. I've not spent much time, especially a road trip for example, driving a car with the stock height shifter, but it does seem too tall.

Thanks, I will take a look and see what style is on the car.

For the starter, I assume you went the OEM/reman route? VS something inferior, since it's an important piece and not exactly easy to get to.

I would just go with valeo or whoever the OEM manufacturer is.
