TMS Monoball LCAB install question

Hi I had the TMS LCAB bushings installed. I looked at the bushings and looks like something might be up with the install. Is it possible for the monbo ball to separate? It looks like part of the insert might be missing in the install. Let me know your thoughts. Left vs. Right pictures attached.

Insert in picture 2 is missing. Did a shop install these?

Looks more like the control arm isn't fully inserted into the bearing. Either way, doesn't look right. And then I'd question if they greased them.

Yeah, I gave them the grease and needle. They put at least some in it. I think you are right, that it’s not fully seated.
