Find: BMW Parts Diagram with Live Multi-Vendor Price Comparison

Hello Group - I stumbled across a tool another BMW enthusiast built that I thought was worth sharing. No affiliation - just found it useful and could be a value add to those that are routinely browsing RealOEM (and similar catalogs).

One thing that's always annoyed me is finding the correct part in RealOEM, then opening 5+ tabs to compare pricing (since the prices in RealOEM haven't reflected reality in years).

This tool keeps the familiar parts-diagram workflow but adds live pricing from several of the major BMW parts vendors on the same page. You can browse by model or enter your VIN, click the part you need, and compare current prices without jumping between multiple sites.

I ended up saving a decent amount of time on a parts list I was putting together, so I figured others here might find it useful too.

I've made something similar for private use a few years ago, it's a browser extension that adds more columns to realoem, but this is much more professional.

Hey everyone! I’m Avery, the guy who is building Traccshun. I really appreciate the post AWE46M3

I’m really flattered that people are enjoying the site. I built it to solve a problem I had and it seems like others have the same problems. I’m building it after work and on weekends, trying to make it better every week. Any feedback is appreciated, I’ve already collected a bunch of feature requests.

        working on the following:
        • Shipping estimates
        • Lifetime warranty flags on parts
        • Geo filtering for users outside of the US
        • Adding more vendors!

eEuroparts and cars245 would be great adds. Also, I'm sure it's a long way away but a mobile app would be amazing. Would dethrone bimmerrefs.

Great ideas! Porting to an iOS app shouldn’t be too hard, it would be a free app too if I did it.
