SAT NAV mounting in trunk

Can anyone with SAT NAV tell me if the silver tab on the amp is in the right spot or is it supposed to be on the other side of the black piece it’s currently up against? There’s only one bolt that holds the amp on the other side of the unit and this side just kind of sits up against mount.

Indeed, that tab is supposed to be in the slot it is up against. This secures it on one side and the bolt on the other.

Looking at old photos from when I deleted all the components in my trunk. It looks like it’s supposed to hook behind that mounting location. Hard to tell from the photos, but I hope this helps you.

Thanks. Even though it probably doesn’t matter, I’m OCD about getting everything in the right place. It’s hard to find a good picture of how everything mounts on internet or in youtube videos so that’s why I came to the forum. The support here is amazing.
