Has Anyone done FCPEuro lifetime replacement recently

I guess I haven't returned anything since last year, but I am confused with the new system.

An oil change kit that I have bought as a replacement doesn't have the option to return at all, in anyway, Lifetime replacement or otherwise.

Then I go really far back in my purchase history, and an oil change kit I know I already returned if available for lifetime return.

I am not sure if the new system is trying to be smart, and understand which purchases you have already made the replacement purchase for or not.

I was prepared for the old return process, where you just supplied the original order and the replacement order

I have an email out to them to see what is going on and will respond back here.

I believe the system does take out the returns items you have already submitted. There are instances, possibly a bug, where their system does not show an item in the returns section and you have to use the old handwritten paper return form.

I'm pretty sure I saw a facebook post in North America BMW diesel where someone had the same problem. I believe they reached out to phone support and they said it was a bug in the system. They orginally thought FCP had taken away the return oil change option and made a post asking if the policy had changed.

I contacted FCP to confirm Pre-2022 policy change returns and got some canned reply by some guy in another country that didn't even answer my question. Point being, I fear FCP is offshoring customer service which will give Bimmerworld an edge. I am really happy with BW customer service these days and have started buying more from them, despite no "lifetime" warranty. And, to boot, it seems that the question of how to "lifetime warranty" parts that go NLA is unresolvable when I inquire to FCP and ECS; I just don't get an answer. So for me, it's lowest price and best guarantee that the parts are the newest and genuine is what I go for. Sometimes that's FCP, sometimes it's not. And I really like FCP--I like their videos, their website, fast shipping, but they are raising prices to cover their "warranty".

FCP is awesome, I’ve never gotten a response like the above, in fact last time I spoke to them a month ago they sent me a free t shirt because I was a good customer. Can’t say enough about them. Just call them, you can also submit it via a paper form on their website.

I sent the manual paper version in this week and got my credit, would default to that. You can Google the form.

The manual paper version worked for me as well.

I do wish they'd let you manually remove things from your order history so you didn't have to shuffle through them every time. E.g. all my e60 M5 orders are never going to be exchanged now that I've sold the car.
