While we are on the FCP train I will say their warranty service went further than expected. My friend bought a Sachs clutch for his car from FCP. A year later a rod went through his block and he needed a new engine. They were back ordered with no ETA on Sachs clutches. He explained the situation to them and they said they would absolutely honor a LUK clutch as well. And if that too was sold out they’d let us get a BMW. Every single experience I have had with them is truly phenomenal. I seriously couldn’t recommend them more.

im curious to know how the hell they make money or how they stay in business. Or what they do with the old parts they receive.

The only thing I can think of is that 90% of people don't keep their cars long enough to replace things twice.

I've been using them long enough that probably 90% of the parts for my car are covered under their warranty at this point. It just seems crazy... I'm hoping it lasts.

Seems as though FCP is selling a lot of stuff if this post is to be believed. Just three years ago they reported 30 million. 70 million of growth in three years is quite the accomplishment if true.
