I am wiring the flap for my CSL intake and bought a few of the 2/3 pole leads and I just need a few questions answered.
1. The leads I bought with the 2/3 pole connections already attached, the 3 pole has 20AWG wires and the 2 pole has maybe 18AWG. The stock stuff would have had .5mm or 24AWG wire size.
I clipped the wires as far back as I could and soldered the 24AWG to the leads to run to the DME. Can anyone foresee any issues with the short run (approx 1") of the larger diameter wiring spliced to the correct 24AWG wiring?
2. I have the wiring diagram for the flap and I just need to confirm the postions on the connectors themselves are what I think they are. On the 3 pole it is stamped so I can see that, but the 2 pole it is not stamped as to which is postion 1/2. I need to know if my pictures below are noted correctly as to the pin positions.
