I'm looking for some general advice on compression and rebound setting for shocks. I'm running the TCKline 2-way adjustable coil-overs and an H&R front sway bar. On a flat road course, you want rebound set to firm or soft?

There’s no one answer here. Depends on your frequencies (corner weights and spring rates, effectively) and taste.
