So my luck hasn't been so good in ordering parts from FCP or Pelican parts. I got all the wrong pads and the wrong clips for the front. I ended driving to the Porsche dealer for some front pads and then found out that the clips Pelican sent me don't fit. I couldn't check before having the right pads because they just won't fit in the calipers.
I'm pretty annoyed at this pount because they did the same thing to my dad when he did his brakes. They sent Cayenne clips instead of Boxster S clips. If they had sent me to right clips, the rear pads would fit no issue and time is not a luxury I have at this point.
Here's what I did because I'm not able to wait until tomorrow for them to unscrew themselves.
I punched out the pins on the rears

Then I "fixed" the hump interfering with the clips. These are new style pads and even though I copied and pasted the part number, this is what was sent. Definitely different than the photos and TboneM3's post.

Now they look like the picture.

Now they do fit flawlessly inside the caliper, I just have to use the rear springs in the front because the Cayenne springs are much shorter but half an inch wider. They won't even got down into the caliper. I took care of that problem and will use them in the rear because they will fit on old style pads, front and rear. My fronts are updated needing the 3.5 inch spring while the Cayenne one is 2.5 inches long.

For future reference, the 3.5 inch springs are the ones we want, not the shorter 2.5 inch ones. If you're in a pinch, you can do this. I'm in a pinch but functionality will stay the same. I also found rear pins don't fit in the front but thankfully I bought a front caliper spring kit with front pins.
This was the original shape. The pin sticks out the back of that hole. That took two seconds to punch out.

Right where the pin hole is at is where the short spring wants to rest on the pads for the pin to line up in the middle. I'm glad it worked out. Always wear protection when do stuff like this because I tried cutting that with a dremel and when cutting down the pin, it happened to catch and hit my faceshield REALLY hard. It gashed it. If I wasn't wearing it, my forehead would have metal in it..
