Xenon vs halogen headlight weight difference

Does anyone know the weight difference between Xenon HID headlight vs halogen headlights? Per side.

I do not want to use blanks yet because I still want to keep the car somewhat street legal, lol.

Halogen headlight might be the way to go.

Well if you don't need them it sure would save some weight. No ballasts, leveling motors, ellipsoid glass eye. Not to mention the autoleveling sensors and arms front and rear.

Hmm well it appears according to ETK it's only something like 3.1 lbs difference combine between the two with sensors. If you can trust it.
I'm sure there's someone with a track build that's weighed them.

          Per real oem

          right Xenon 2.95kg

          Left halogen 2kg

So net diff will be a little over 4lbs for both fronts.

Everyone with halogens should have quad halogens-- that's the stock behavior.
