Suggestions on Quality Portable Floor Jack?

Looking for ideas on the smallest, but still safe/quality floor jack I can use for long trips and the track. I have the jackpad adapter plate from ECS/Schwaben so assuming that will just work with any floor jack?

I'm setting up a quickjack at home soon, so this, again, is just for a roadside flat essentially (running squared and have a 5th for emergencies in trunk.)

Don't want to even try that OE BMW jack I'm sitting here looking at

For occasional use the small aluminum HF jack is very light and portable. Good for taking to the track or keeping in the trunk. Would I get under the car with it? Hell no. But for changing tires works great.

Only thing I don't like about it is that there is no modulation when lowering the car. So it goes down pretty quick.

I need something REAL low too --- would want to use the BMW jack pad adapter as well so would need clearance

Do you plan on getting lots of flat tires? What’s wrong with an OE jack for the unlikely occasion?

Our car is slammed (dedicated track) and the HF jack works just fine with the jack pad in place.

A portable jack is a heavy thing to keep in the trunk all the time. The stock BMW lifting jack is all that is really needed when addressing a flat tire.

Right - this won't be something I have in the car. Only on LONG trips/track weekends. Sounds like HF will do just fine. What's the weight?

I've seen posts of the oem bmw jack dropping the car so seems sketchy. But much more portable obviously
