BW single exhaust race vs street/track - where to merge for max power?

Exhaust experts, I need to replace the ebay muffler on the track car as it has started rattling. I'm looking at the two different Bimmerworld exhaust options - one merges right after headers, the other after section 1. I already have oversized Section 1 straight pipes - which one of these options would make the most power?

    Merge after section 1:

    Merge after headers:

I'm considering the diffuser exit since it looks like the muffler is longer @ 16" vs 10".

    Thanks!

pure track car after the headers, it'll have nothing below 4500rpm though

I had ssv1 mated to full resonated race all the way back. Good sound good top end power. Def slugish at low rpms.

I recently added the ss sec 1 and it merges after. Havedt had the chance to test yet but was told(i believe by hassan) that this would help out the low rpm torque

Unresonated header-back here with what I think are Status Gruppe headers. Makes good power but loud AF with stripped interior.

Thanks, car has a 3.91 so it won't be under 4500 rpm much.
