    Squeeky Window Seal (Front)

The driver-side front window seal area has started to squeek whenever I open or close the front door (as the window raises or lowers to adjust for the opening). I know there's a variety of home-brew and hearsay products out there that can fix it. I'm looking for something tried and true, that will work and continue to work for a year+, without leaving residue or gunking up the windows on every close. What's out there?

Rumor has it that BMW sells some magic sauce for $80/bottle, which seems absurd.

Any particular one people have had good success with? I believe gummi pfledge just translates to "rubber care" and there are plenty of different products which market themselves as this. But not sure which one works best for squeeky window seals.

        Try some VW part# Krytox G 052 172 A1.
        or: BMW Carbaflow 83230309627.
        Both are long duration lubricants.
