Intake Side <> ebox/MC Plastic Heat Shield Removal

Those of you who have removed the plastic heat shield between the intake and the ECU box/Master Cylinder.

Did you have to remove the vac line going to the brake booster or is there a way to maneuver it without moving that vac line?
