Looking for something to screw onto the chassis brake hardline

I'm going to have the calipers/lines off all winter.

Basically I just want a screw on cap so it doesn't drain out. Does such a thing exist? Can't seem to find it anywhere...

I don't know about screw on type, but I've used these on the hard lines for several weeks, worked well.

Usually, stainless steel brake line kits come with rubber caps to seal off the brake hard lines.

I couldn't find anything. Closest was pipe thread (1/8NPT) caps as they're very close to our m10x1 pitch. The problem isn't the thread though, it's plugging the orifice (tapered), meaning even a m10x1.0 cap wouldn't fully work. It'll still slowly leak. I connect old calipers just to have something. Please report if any rubber cap works or what your solution is.

Fluid line stopper clamps. You will love them. Can get from a variety of places.

Note some have two rubber bits for banjo fittings.

This. The rubber boots that came with the stoptech kit were the best i've used. Instead of threading into the hard line they go over the flare.

Or you could find some junk brake lines, cut one end off, and fill the hole with jbweld.

The caps you can get for wire closet shelving (at Home Depot/Lowes) work well.

I use Fluid line stopper clamps for when I'm rebuilding calipers. They have always worked fine as long as I do my part. If you want to know the brand - let me know.

I use aluminum AN caps. Screw right on by hand.

Not sure if you're already at AN for your BBK or not.
