M3 Diff Gear Install Question

So I’m deciding on installing 4.10 gears on my car and I was wondering what else is needed to complete the install. I saw videos on a white M3 gapping 5.0s, ISFs, and 392s and it peaked my interest lol.

Are you doing the shimming or paying someone to install? Would be a good time to freshen up the diff seals and bushings as a "while youre in there" maintenance

Paying to get it installed. Diff bushings are still good so I’ll leave them as is for now.
