Hey everyone!

Can anyone confirm this as an OE E46 M3 Manual Transmission from the part numbers in the pics provided? I checked RealOEM and it says the part number for it is 23002229721. Also the yellow sticker shows MTF-LT-1? Please let me know thanks!

It is a manual, it has the machined bellhousing for the pins and the threaded gear position switch.
