the LED tail lights on the left rear of my 05 M3 work , but no brake lights . WTF ? right side is fine .

Mine did this too. It was something screwy with the connector/board as I could get it to work if it was bent the right way. I drove around with bits of plastic and stuff stuck in there to put some side pressure on the connector and eventually just replaced it. Didn't see a way to open it up and access the board to even attempt a repair.
