Good to know. I actually already have both a great condition 'zhp' knob and have been runing for several years the F10 M5 knob + boot. The boot is super easy to glue the old E46 frame to to utilize.

Ok finally got my F10 M5 shift knob rewrapped. It’s two tone, perforated black leather and black Alcantara. Reason for the materials is it matches my custom steering wheel.
Alcantara isn’t known for being the best “wear friendly” material. And as we know the gear knob sees some use. So that’s why it’s in the 1/4 front section and perforated leather the back larger section. Plus perforated leather also looks sportier to me. May as well upgrade look over stock.
