S54 Swap into 2000 Wagon?

Those who have done a S54 swap into a 2000 wagon chassis, any tips you can throw my way?

I'm not doing the swap myself, but having someone who has done a couple already taking the important bits from our wrecked car and do the swap.

It’s not much different than the others except for the throttle and the lack of a dtml system on the emissions side of things. Get the drive by wire harness from the donor and run a euro tune to combat this, or run an extra wire to the back of the car and swap over the dtml stuff.

Only other thing I can think of is that I didn’t have all the holes for the aluminum brace under the engine, I had to cut two of the ears off and it bolted up after that.
