Or Steve’s European (https://www.steveseuropeanauto.com) or Satish’s Motorwerks (https://www.motorwerksgroup.com/). They’re all car guys, and these are no stranger to them. They service AMG and Audi for me. M3 is located elsewhere. This is probably more for Satish.
I used Nikolas Motorsport in Sylvan Lake back when I lived in Ann Arbor and owned a 335i. Not sure if they are farmiliar with E46 M3s but maybe worth reaching out.

It's not the first time I hear about APG racing. 2 E46 M3 owners I met at a track day at Waterford Hills told me they had their subframe reinforced there too. I am considering having it done, but I'm also thinking about DIYing the BMW structural foam procedure. It seems like an elegant and efficient solution that's easily doable in a day... I am struggling to find the product.
APG took out my entire RACP and welded on a brand new one which was reinforced with redish plates. not many shops can do this kinda service. THhs was 4 years ago and I have no complaint. if they can do THAT, then a repairing a few cracks would be a joke for them. they're highly specialized in suspension and chassis work.

I was quoted $5900(+ more if subframe has cracks) for the following work (all parts provided by me). It seems a bit steep, I was expecting something around 3K.
1. Engine Rod bearings
2. Rear subframe reinforcement bottom plates (CMP plates)
3. Rear subframe reinforcement top Beam reinforcement (CMP)
4. Rear bushings + rear camber arms
5. Front control arms + bushings + tie rods
6. Coilovers + front camber plates
7. Motor mounts + transmission mounts + flex disc

Nikolas motorsport said they cant do the subframe reinforcement, I'm going to call a few other places as well. My buddy in California got the same things done to his car for $3400 at EAS. I was kind of expecting something similar, I didn't know automotive labor is this expensive in Michigan.

That is approximately 54 hours of labor or just short of 7 full 8 hour working days. That certainly seems excessive. It would be interesting to see the break down of where they allotted those hours.
