Anything to lubricate on Door Latch?

I have noticed for some time that my driver's door is much harder to open than my passenger door.
Is there anything to lubricate or adjust?

I already know about the little plug to pull out and adjust with a allen key. Mine is already tight.

Most locksmiths recommend graphite as the liquid based lubes eventually gum up and add to the problem.
Graphite though, is not clothing friendly.
your problem may actually be the lock actuator in the door ...the key turns somewhat harder than it should?

I don't normally use a key to open the door, but I will give it a try and see what happens.

I tried the key in the lock, it turns freely.

I think the issue is when I am pulling up on the handle it feels like it is catching on something.

Cleaning the lock mechanism with a toothbrush with Isopropyl alcohol seemed to help a lot. Then I added some White Lithium grease.

The BMW official lube is 3M 8876, replaced by 8898: https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/company-...3241853&rt=rud
This is one of the service steps most commonly missed by DIY and independent maintained cars.
All hinges/locks/etc. should be lubricated at regular intervals.

              Agreed, most neglected maintenance items.

Wondering if anyone has done a comprehensive (bumper to bumper) lube DIY? Probably would be a helpful guide, to see each part/area, for ease of annual maintenance.
