Avin Avant 4 Queries

Evening folks , just fitted the Avin avant 4 and have a few queries on it

1 - When I click on navigation on the home screen it takes me to the I-bus app
2 - I-bus won't let me unlock it as it says no USB interface
3 - Navigation doesn't lock onto your location (bought the maps SD card and have it fitted)

Somewhere in the settings you can see the GPS signal strength. My guess is the GPS signal is not getting to wherever you have the antenna mounted... If you have a factory nav car get an adapter and use the OEM antenna.
