    Some diff questions

1-What models use 210mm LSD carrier that can be used in our diffs?
    2-Will the 3.91 gears from the E53 X5 4.6is and E53 X5 4.8is works and fit directly to our E46 M3 LSDs?
3-Is REM polishing is really beneficial?

    Thanks in advance!

    1. Most V8s in E24/28/32/34 cars. M cars as well.

    2. 3.91s will not work - it is a type 215.

    3. REM polishing makes a difference. Probably worth it for a track/race car. It will reduce heat in the diff.

        Per this site, it'll take a 215

If someone has a type 215 gear set then I can see if it fits.

I’m not sure I believe that...at least I’d need some proof.

            Type215s use a roller bearing...I think.
