    Shop in bay area to re-enforce subframe

    Im looking to have my subframe re-enforced on my e46 m3, im located in the bay area. Does anybody have good recommendations for a shop that wont bend you over on price? thanks

      Agreed. I got mine done at TC Design, no complaints.

            Got mine done at VTMotorworks good work and prices with great turn around

              If it's material to your decision, TC uses their own proprietary plates that are similar (but beefier) to the TMS plates. They actively steered me away from the Reddish plate. Not the Reddish were a bad solution, but they convinced me their approach was superior.

                    Let us know what kind of quotes you're getting. While you're at it, ask about top end reinforcement solutions like the CMP or Vincebar.

                      All jobs done as diy - clutch, rod bearings, rear subframe rebush, vanos, headers, cooling, suspension, etc.

                      PM for help in NorCal. Have a lot of specialty tools - vanos, pilot bearing puller, bushing press kit, valve adjustment, fcab, wheel bearing, engine support bar, etc.

                          Had mine done at TC Design within the first 1-2 months of owning the car. No issues here either.

                            Ended up making a appointment with VT Motorworks. They seemed like they knew what they were talking about and gave me a better quote than TC, well see how it goes
