I just bought a set on eBay from a BMW dealer in Atlantic City. Here’s hoping it actually exists. I needed a set anyway, this thread just sped my timeline up 🙄

what happens if you have a lifetime warranty with FCP and the item goes NLA?

I believe you get a refund for the original purchase price

Plus they hook in rather than velcro, which stays in place way better.

You can always buy the factory bayonets (hooks) and convert. It uses the same hole where the plastic Velcro pad twists into floor. Did this on my last three sets. The Velcro pads just peel off in short time.

I do like how these particular coupe ones are cleaner not having the heel pad. But at same time also know the incorporated “heel pad” section is very functional as I wear a patch in them every time.

Honestly BMW mats are just ok. If these were NLA I would be fine buying something better like PRESTIGE or Lloyd mats. The cut pile thickness and edging is far superior to the factory mats.

There was a thread on the old fourms about a year or so ago about a certain color floormat potentially becoming NLA and thus all floormats potentially soon becoming NLA. I panic bought a set for my car and am glad I did now. With things becoming NLA it opens a shitty pandoras box of what may or may not be available next. I guess I should just buy a good donor car, or two.

So this morning I received an email from bimmerworld -> no stock but "expecting" next week. When I track my pelican order, it also says expected ship date 11/18.

Bimmerworld has emailed me back saying they are expecting a new shipment next week. Hoping that actually happens. (Could be a miscommunication and they are actually NLA and bimmer world doesn’t know yet?) idk but we’ll see. Haha. I’m not sure about pelican, I didn’t buy from them. They must still have some.

In regards to Pelican. ECS TUNING owns Pelican Parts and Turner Motorsport (TMS). If one can’t supply a part it’s unlikely their other store could?
