Hmm, glad I replaced mine earlier this year.

The E92 mats certainly look very close, might be worth a shot.

For the sake of members of this group Im going to try e93 mats and see if they fit in my convertible. Ill take some pics as well so we can check out the difference.

Just grabbed one from a dealer. Had to drive 40 minutes for it tho. Call around they will let you know which dealers show in stock. That being said, I didn't enjoy paying dealer price for them...$130

E92 M3 mats are very similar in size. If you call around to dealers asking for E46 ones, you might as well ask if they have an E92 set laying around.
