Theres some really comprehensive ones on youtube, even FCPEuro youtube have a thorough detailed video with torque specs and all.

I wrote one on the old m3forum back in 2009 - I can see if I can dig it out of my old desktop (that's not been on for like 5 years, ha), unless you find a better video?
