Rear diffuser mounting points question

Hey all,

While working on fixing tiny bumper sag in the rear, I've noticed that the center of the rear diffuser seems to be quite loose.

I've took a look behind the diffuser and there are two bracket pieces that leads up to the reinforcement bar, but are not actually attached to the bar itself.

I've looked at realoem and searched around to get a better picture of how the mounting points should look like, but was unable to get a clear picture.

Can someone share an image or just a general description of how the mounting points should be & is it normal for the diffuser to be slightly wobbly/loose in the center portion?

They are riveted to the rebar...or they are bonded.

I drilled holes and riveted them to the rebar which fixed it.

So the brackets are supposed to be attached to the rebar, gots it.
