EU Front Bumper Question

I have an early 2002 coupe with an aluminum bumper support.

While shopping for a bumper I noticed that the OE EU bumpers part number 51117894989 specifies it is not a direct fit for aluminum support.

what needs to be modified to make it fit? Is there another part number for a direct fit OE EU bumper for Al support?

what year is your car? Do you have an aluminum support? What modification did you have to make?

Mine's 3/1/01. Zero modifications. Only difference from the stock cover is the lack of reflectors. You'll need to buy a POM rivet tool to attach the cover to the aluminum rebar. They're available for cheap at just about any local parts retailer as well as HFT.
