Any bushing preloading needed for B12 drop?

Less than 24 hours in and ive already made a large purchase for the m3. I finally pulled the trigger on a Bilstein B12... something ive wanted to do for a very long time.
Now Ive heard that dropping your suspension can place undue stress on all your bushings if they are not recalibrated to the new height. Is this something I should be worried with a B12 (eibach-brokit) setup?
Couldnt find any definitive guide to bushing-preload adjustments diy. If anyone can guide me in the right direction would be much appreciated

Suggest doing Rear trailing arm bush and rear shock bottom bushes, unsure how easy the upper and lower rear arm inner bushes on the subframe are to get to and whether it's really necessary?? Never rea of anyone bothering.

THanks I'll look into them. Do you think any of the bushings in the front need adjustment?

How many miles do you have on the car?
If around 100k, replace the strut mounts and bearings.
Replace the rear shock mounts, and the rear bumpstops.
Make sure you get the shorter genuine BMW M3 rear bumpstops.
check the condition of the front swaybar bushings and lubricate them with Silglyde which is a silicone based grease available at NAPA. (This will prevent the bar from binding as it will sit differently one the suspension is lowered.)
As Ian suggests, 80k miles or higher, or not done, replace the RTABs.

The first thing I had to do on my 83k mile example has been a complete suspension refresh.

        Oh!
Congrats on your purchase and commiserations to your wallet.

FBloggs Thanks man! My wallet did not see that one coming got him good... Fortunately, i've done a lot of the updates you mentioned about 8k miles ago except for the RTAB, swaybar lube, and the rear bumpstops. I'll get on them this time for sure.
Do you think I need to readjust the bolts on the front swaybar ball joints (loosen ball joint bolts and apply preload to suspension then retighten bolts)?

When I fitted Eibachs and Konis I didn't adjust the front control arm bushes, but I have seen discussion on it, so I don't know, but if they haven't been replaced now would be a good time along with the rtabs.

You don't need to slacken the drop link balljoints as they rotate so no need, only needs doing on rubber bushes.
