    Looking for Thread--M3/M4 DCT Swap

Is there a dedicated thread on this? I would love to see someone's journey through this process documented somewhere. There is a thread over on the other side of the pond but it seems to have died off.

BimmerClinic/ MaxPSI just finished this up on their turbo e46... Sounds crazy.. would be a ncie upgrade for those in SMG vehicles but I'm sure its super expensive

I’ve completed the swap using an F8x DCT box and a HTG GCU. It’s not for the feint of heart as it requires ALOT of patience and tuning. In my opinion the HTG GCU still has some maturing to do.

Look on e46 fanatics. Someone there has a thread. And m54 is not far from s54.
            …under construction.

I've got a couple in the works right now, as Martyn said above, this is not a plug and play affair... YET, but hopefully in the next year we will see some major progress on the software and then this is going to be a really cool option.
