    US vs Euro clutch switch

I’m in the process of buying all the parts needed for converting my car to manual and since my car is an euro spec car the clutch switch that corresponds is 61319122701. What’s the difference with 61319122700 and how would that affect coding and wiring? Is it possible to run it with no gear identification sensor?

    Thanks guys

The euro clutch switch doesn’t have the interlock circuit. If you code it out, it works great. If you don’t code it out, the car will not know the clutch is depressed and will not start. Wiring is the same and it can be run without the gear position switch.
