Adjustable endlinks

So I'm currently running Ohlin coilovers and wanted to know what length do I need for adjustable endlinks?

I have camber plates so I added the front strut spacers from 3dm motorsport to raise the front struts for proper ride height. I'm wondering if that makes a big difference in my decision.

I'm running the adjustable bimmerworld ones with my ohlins.. Also RE makes a set which look nice too.

Wouldn't OEM length work on the Ohlins with the recommended settings?
