    Wheel size info

    Hi guys,

I'm planning to buy a CSL alufulgen wheels set for me E46 M3. Actual size is : Fronts are 8.5 inches wide, ET37 245/35/19 6/32 Rears are 9.5 inches wide, ET7 285/35/19 6/32.

I'm not an expert about wheels so I was wondering if it's should rub or have enough clearance ?

    Thanks

35 height on the rear tire will most likely rub, 285/30/19 should work

    ’03 Oxford Green M3 (Turbo’d)

Dumb question here haha since the wheels are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 can I put smaller tires like 245/30/19 and 275/30/19 ?

245/35 275/30 is the most common up-size for those widths of wheels (and 8.5/10). 235/265 is the BMW CSL tire size for those widths of wheels (CSL wheel specs).

        Afaik, Alufelgen CSL wheels (which I owned) are 8.5" et35 & 9.5" et20. Not sure where et37 & et7 come from.
