Independent Shop to Work on E46 M3

I have been experiencing multiple misfires in my 2005 M3 after I put in my headers and super sprint exhaust. I went and changed the plugs as well as coil packs but no improvement. Previously I sent the ECU to be modified for no Post cat sensors, no air pump, etc. I should add that I am getting codes for 0171, 0175, 0301,0302, 0303,0304, 0300

Is there anyone you could suggest in Palm Beach Country who is experienced working on this type of issue. Should I bring it to a BMW dealer?

You have probably got the O2 sensors into the wrong positions. Swap the O2 sensors with each other.

Why is it only a problem when hot? When I replaced them I matched the color code on the cable connector on each.

              O2 sensors don't function until they're hot.
